End of Summer Uniform

This summer has been one of my busiest ever. I'm still working a full time job along with launching my #FW15 collection and also having a couple other balls in the air. I'm gradually realizing my goal of transitioning full time into jewelry by popping up at markets around Austin every weekend so my wardrobe calls for casual, easy to move around in working clothes. There is a lot of heavy lifting involved when doing markets with load in, set up and load out at the end of the night so I'm slowly identifying the most practical pieces to wear on market days. This is one of my current uniforms. It's still insanely hot here so a simple, minimalist tank is a solid go to. Jeans keep the sun off my pale, white legs while I'm outside all day and typically I'd change out my favorite Shop Angeliki sandals for white converses so my toes are protected as we hauled my display items to and from the car. Though the heat isn't going anywhere for another month or so I'm looking forward to incorporating more Fall influences into my style. This time of year makes me miss the Pacific Northwest, changing leaves and chilly weather. If that's the weather you're experiencing right now, enjoy it for me please!
